Richard Goldman has worked as a Corporate Financier in the last 25 years. After his BA degree from Stockholm School of Economics 1984, Mr. Goldman joined Öhman Fondkommission, where he held the position as Managing Director for Öhman Corporate Finance during 5 years. In 1994 Mr. Goldman joined Paribas, based in London, as Senior Banker, Nordic Countries and parts of Eastern Europe. Since 2000, Mr. Goldman has worked with corporate finance boutiques. Mr. Goldman has initiated and executed more than 100 corporate finance transactions at his various positions.

Björn Fahlén has six years experience within equity research and corporate finance. Prior to his work as an analyst, Mr. Fahlen was doing Ph.D. work for Bayer HealthCare (former Berlex Laboratories) in drug discovery. He holds a Licentiate of Philosophy (Ph.L) degree in biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University. Mr. Fahlén joined Redeye in February 2004 as a biotechnology analyst and has been instrumental in retaining and performing several corporate finance transactions in the Life Science sector.
Magnus Vestin has eight years experience from equity research and corporate finance. After his MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics 2002, Mr. Vestin joined Redeye. At Redeye, Mr. Vestin worked as an equity analyst covering various sectors including IT, betting and mining. In 2006, Mr. Vestin joined Lage Jonason AB, a corporate finance boutique, where he worked as project leader in ECM transactions and M&A. Mr. Vestin has completed several transactions including IPO’s, directed share issues, rights issues and private placements.
Mr. Vestin rejoined Redeye in 2011.
Stefan Lundberg has more than ten years of experience from equity capital market transactions and trading. After completing an MSc at the Uppsala University in 1999, Mr. Lundberg joined Fischer Partner as equity sales. Mr. Lundberg has also worked as risk manager and investment manager. In 2003, Mr. Lundberg joined Redeye, where he has worked with equity sales and equity capital market transactions.

Dawid är civilekonom med en examen från Stockholms Universitet. Han har arbetat i finansbranschen i mer än 10 år, med en bred erfarenhet från arbetsplatser som Swedbank, ABN Amro och SEB Enskilda. Som en av de första analytikerna började Dawid bevaka spelsektorn redan 2006.
