Anoto today announced a rights issue of SEK 26m, in line with its previous statements that it was looking to raise more money during the fall. The offering was fully expected on our part and it is therefore already completely included in our estimates. Thus, we believe the rights issue in itself is totally undramatic. However, it does raise a few questions but it could also potentially provide an interesting opportunity.
