Given the recent changes to the company's management and board, we have revised our Redeye Rating. In our rating of the company's ownership, we decrease the company's quality score by one point. This is mainly the result of limited stock ownership of the reconfigured board and the new CEO as well as his (albeit temporary) seat in the board, despite not being a significant owner in the company.
