Formpipe’s Q2 showed sales of SEK 88.0m, which was in line with our expectations of SEK 88.5m. EBIT and the EBIT-margin were better than our expectations and came in at SEK 11.1m and 12.7% respectively (SEK 7.3m and 8.3%). Further, we are pleased to read that recurring revenue continued to grow and amounted to 57% of net sales. We believe Formpipe can continue to increase their recurring revenues without increasing the costs to the same extent. This will allow improved margins on a mid-term basis.
