Today Hexatronic Group announced the acquisition of the German fiber optic company Opternus GmbH. The company has stated, on more than one occasions, that they find the German market as highly interesting and continuously evaluates possibly M&A deals. We view the purchase as attractive and an important stepping stone in the international expansion of the company, which is a core element in our Investment Case for Hexatronic.
