myTaste: Preview Q4, acquisitions and new ad network in focus

myTaste will present their year-end report on Friday the 16th of February. We will put a focus on analyzing the development of the acquired assets within the Shopello segment and the news regarding the digital advertising network in the food space.

For Q4, we expect net sales of SEK 8.8m with an EBITDA of SEK 0.6m. The acquisitions of Alltidrea and Kampanjjakt will boost the figures. The deal with Outletsverige was finalized at the end of November and will only marginally contribute to the quarterly outcome. We also expect that the quarter will negatively be affected by M&A related costs which, estimated at around SEK -0.5m.

In January myTaste announced the launch a new digital advertising network focused on performance-based marketing in the food segment together with Icakuriren and Hemmets journal. The new network is, of course, exciting news as it could potentially lead to higher monetization rates of myTaste’s food user base. We expect to see some more information regarding this in the coming report.
