The performance from myTaste during the third quarter was compelling. Key KPIs rose significantly due to added social functions. After the quarter ended the company announced that they had signed an agreement with Bosch regarding recipes for the smart homes. The transformation into a social network for recipes continues. During October, 53% of the time spent on the myTaste platform was through the mobile app. The app users now stand for 7% of the total Monthly Active Users, the growth of the app user base is a key value driver for the company in the coming years. We only make minor forecast adjustments and reiterate our fair value estimate, in Base-case, of 23 SEK per share. myTaste is valued at about 1.5 dollars per user when their closest peers reach a valuation of 7-14x dollar. We see significant potential from today’s depressed levels.
