As we wrote already on Nov 16, 2018, when Paynova reported its Q3-result the company had a weak financial position and most certainly needed to strengthen the cash position through a rights issue. Today Paynova announced a rights issue of maximum SEK 37.4 million, which is 80% guaranteed. The dilution will be 50% of the rights issue is fully subscribed. We have changed our fair value range accordingly.
