On October 24, we expect Smart Eye to report sales of SEK 15 million and an EBIT loss of SEK -6 million, although understanding the company’s strong position is more important than figures in this stage. We therefore suspect that the Q3 report overall will be rather bland as the important events happen in between quarters and not in the earnings reports. We will especially look for comments regarding the market to see whether Smart Eye sees any delays or if the roll outs of autonomous cars are moving according to plan. If there are no delays we could be moving towards a ketchup effect in design wins – if the 2020 market prognosis of 2.6 million cars with DMS in total should hold that is.
