Today Stillfront announced yet another acquisition. This time it’s the German game developer Playa Games. The price tag seems attractive, the part of the purchase price payable upon signing the deal corresponds to 4x the projected EBIT of 2018. Stillfront continues to deliver on their core thesis; acquiring studios with long-term player relationships, with exciting pipelines at sound valuations. We continue to be positive to the Groups prospects.
