The electricity grid in Sweden is one of our most important functions and critical for us to be able to meet current and future needs. The mix in terms of electricity production is ​​changing in connection with new technology becoming available, alternative electricity production is taking an increasing market share, and at the same time, changes are being seen in how electricity is consumed.

 

All in all, this means that the electricity grid faces a number of challenges. This has not least been brought to the fore now in connection with the cold winter that began the year with rising electricity prices and reserve power plants that needed to be taken into use.
