Redeye has interviewed patent expert, Andreas Iwerbäck, about the lawsuit against Apple. Iwerbäck stated that there are, just as in the lawsuit against Samsung, settlement talks likely ongoing, but that Apple is not as likely as Samsung to settle. Iwerbäck believes the Neonode side has a 50/50 chance of winning in court against Apple. Regarding at what sum that would be at play, Iwerbäck thinks it will be similar to Samsung, i.e., one or a few billion USD.
