Today, the Swedish Consumer Agency (SCA) announced that it sues Aspire Global´s subsidiary, AG Communications. According to SCA, AG Communications, with its site Karamba, has violated the Swedish gambling law, the marketing law, the gambling industry’s own guidelines as well as the EU commission’s recommendations. We find the matter somewhat concerning. However, the effects should not be exaggerated.
