On December the 12th, Strax announced the acquisition of Richmond & Finch (RF). RF is a mobile case brand niched towards fashionable patterns and colorful cases with expected sales of SEK 45m in 2019. We are positive to the acquisition, as it complements and strengthens the current brand offer and can benefit well from Strax’s distribution network.
