Yesterday, Saniona announced the outcome of the warrants of series TO1. The subscription rate was 66 percent, and the company will receive net proceeds of approximately SEK 24 million. The outcome doesn’t have any substantial impact on our estimates, and we reiterate our fair values, with a Base Case of SEK 110 per share. Our update from the beginning of May is still highly relevant for how we view the case.
