Calliditas will have its first day of trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market today June 5th. Gross proceeds from the US IPO and the European private placement amount to SEK ~830 million before transaction costs. In addition, if the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the global offering will bring in SEK ~950 million before transaction costs.
