Redeye was not totally surprised by the announcement of a directed share issue. In terms of market sentiment, the timing is good. And additional financial resources could certainly be useful, in order to execute on the company’s longer-term growth plans. Impact Coatings is now well financed, which takes away some of the risk and gives us more confidence in the case. We adjust our valuation accordingly.
