Urb-it raised SEK 23.3m from a pre-committed circle of existing investors, including Fjärde AP-fonden, Handelsbanken Fonder, and Skandia. The shares were issued at SEK 2.85 per share (~9 percent discount) and we expect the funds to last till early-to-mid Q4 2022. The net effect on our fair value range is negligible, and we keep our fair value range.
