FIRST NORTH RULES & REGULATIONS TRAINING
The training covers subjects as; listing requirements, what is inside information and how to handle it, most common mistakes, PDMR, applicable sanctions. Sign up the Company's board and management to our customized training or sign up individuals to our open training (maximum 10 participants to optimize discussions). Our sessions are created for board members and senior management of companies listed/or in the process to be listed at Nasdaq First North Growth Market. According to Nasdaq regulations, all members of the board and management team need to understand regulations for a listed company. This is achieved through experience or training set up by us or Nasdaq.
