Yesterday, Heliospectra announced the outcome of the preferential rights issue, which revealed that investors subscribed for 76% of the shares offered in the rights issue and that the remaining 24% will be allocated to its major owners Weland group and Midroc according to their guarantee commitments. The outcome does not bring any changes to our valuation as we already have updated our model based on the fully underwritten transaction.
