Aspire Global announced last week that it acquires 100% of the shares in GMS Entertainment Limited, owner of the B2B group Pariplay, for approximately EUR 13.1m in cash. Pariplay operates a gaming aggregator platform as well as its own game studio. We find this acquisition very interesting as it enables several business opportunities as well as synergies. As a result, we have amended our estimates.
