Global Gaming announced last week that it had signed a platform agreement with the Finnish Finnplay Group through its Maltese subsidiaries. Global Gaming will get access to Finnplay´s platform and its Swedish License. We expect that the Ninja Casino brand will be up and running within weeks. Moreover, based on data from Holdings.se, Betsson AB holds 1.8% of the shares in Global Gaming as per 30th of June. That an operator of Betsson size has acquired shares in Global Gaming can mean several things, which we have elaborated on.
