AroCell today announced a capital injection of roughly 54,4 SEKm before transaction costs. The issue is a mixture of a directed issue (~15 SEKm) and a rights issue (~39,4 SEKm). A group of professional investors are guaranteeing 100% of the rights issue, Mikael Lönn making the single largest commitment (5,6 SEKm).
