NeoDynamics today announced a capital raise of roughly 45.9 SEKm before transaction costs. The board, management and existing shareholders will subscribe for roughly 21.4 SEKm, about 47 percent of the capital. The remaining 53 percent of the capital is guaranteed by a group of professional investors.
