This morning, Beijer Electronics Group announced that it had signed an agreement, through its business entity Beijer Electronics with Otis valued at more than 150 MSEK (over five years). From a financial perspective, the contract does not lead to any significant estimate revisions. Thus our valuation remains unchanged. But more importantly, the order confirms that Beijer Electronics can attract leading global companies and live up to high requirements (confirmation of the strategy). Lastly, the agreement also checks management’s communication in the latest report, that the entity had not identified signs pointing to a material change in demand, and where several projects could result in large orders.
