Even though Episurf reported their Q4’19 earnings this morning, it was shadowed by a new funding package of SEK 141 million through a directed issue and a fully guaranteed rights issue, which should secure the necessary financing through mid-2022. Among the new investors, we note that AP4 and a number of other well-known names participated in the directed issue.
