Hexatronic announced earlier today that a global settlement agreement had been entered with Emtelle, finally ending their patent litigation in the UK. Hexatronic can continue to make and sell its air blown fibre products in all markets worldwide. As Hexatronic has always considered the company to have had a strong case, we assume that Emtelle has stepped up for the settlement. Thus, the arrangement should be in favour of Hexatronic. Today’s news will not affect our estimates, and we stay firmly behind the case.
