Redeye increased the fair value of Global Gaming on the back of Enlabs intention to make a public offer for the remaining shares in Global Gaming at SEK 11 per share. The move was expected, and the premium is attractive, which is also indicating that Enlabs sees substantial synergies as well as potential.
