Kebni has announced a rights issue of approximately SEK 50 million, with preferential rights for existing shareholders. 90 percent of the amount is covered by guarantee commitments. One share entitles to subscribe for one new share at a price of SEK 1:50. The subscription period is October 16-30. Redeye acts as financial advisor to Kebni in the transaction.
