Redeye remains optimistic to Hexatronic following yesterday's three acquisitions of Baltronic Group OÜ, Toronics Inc, and Qubix S.p.A. Besides the expected EPS add of around 18%, we argue that it strengthens Hexatronic's value proposition and geographical position as the company continues to act as a market consolidator.
