Redeye makes no significant changes in our financial forecasts following the full-year report from Impact Coatings. Recent news of another system order for radomes is very encouraging as it confirms an edge in this area. We still view the share as rather pricy. But we have raised our fair value range, due to a reassessment of the WACC (which previously was overly conservative). Our new Base case fair value is SEK 18 per share (SEK 14).
