Yesterday M.O.B.A. Network announced its acquisition of Magic Find, an acquisition of transformative nature, as M.O.B.A.'s revenues will 10x and EBITDA will 2.6x, on a proforma basis, based on CY 2020 financials. We raise our valuation on the back of the acquisition.
