Redeye retains its positive view on Transtema following the deal with Proptivity. While the full potential deal value is uncertain at this point, it is an important deal for Transtema’s proptech initiatives. As Proptivity is teaming up with Ericsson and financed by robust partners, we believe the ambitious roll-out plan is reasonable.
