Redeye’s expectations of Powercell’s Q4 numbers were beaten by a wide margin. Exceptional sales growth (79% Y/Y) and gross margins (57%) generated positive EBIT for the quarter. Powercell currently has strong tailwinds in the market and apparently good pricing power. We remain confident of the company’s prospects for further growth in the coming years. However, the shares are currently trading above our Base case fair value.
