Further, the company communicated that it will not proceed with its previously announced Innovative Endoscopy Components LLC. We positively view ADDvise continuing its acquisition-led growth journey. While the scrapped IEC deal might initially raise some eyebrows, we appreciate the company not falling victim to sunk cost fallacy and commitment bias.
