Redeye comments on Embracer’s divestments of selected assets from Saber Interactive, including all assets in Russia, for a total consideration of cSEK2.5bn. The divestment will have a notable positive impact on EBITDA-Capex and the company expect to reach its SEK5bn capex target post the closing of the divestment.
